Monthly Board Meetings
As per the PRLPOA Declaration of Purpose and Bylaws amended October 27, 2017; Article V., Section 6. Board Meetings
- Meetings of the Board shall usually be on the Second (2nd) Saturday of each month at 1:00p.m. within Pike County Pennsylvania, with the exception of the May meeting which will be held on the Third (3rd) Saturday of the month.
Annual Membership Meeting
As per the PRLPOA Declaration of Purpose and Bylaws amended October 27, 2017; Article IV., Section 2. Annual Meeting
A general membership meeting will be held once each year on a weekend during September or October. Time, date and location will be determined by the Board. The meeting shall be limited to five hours.
