COVID-19 Membership Announcement

 

 

 

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

 

Pocono Ranch Lands is committed to the safety and well-being of our residents, guests and staff. The Board of Directors and Management has decided to cancel/postpone all community and recreational events effective immediately and continuing through the end of March to limit exposure to COVID-19.

 

This will include all committee meetings and social events.

 

Effective Tuesday, March 17 continuing until further notice

 

*The Administrative office will be closed. There will be staff to process member payments and answer telephone calls, however, there will be no onsite/in-person business conducted in the office. All payments are to be mailed or made online. The Association will suspend all late payment fees and interest for the month of March in consideration of the circumstances.

* The Club House facility will be closed

* The Stables will be closed

 

* Public Safety will respond to calls and will continue to escort emergency services

 

This decision was made in response to the Governor’s declaration of a state of emergency due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. This decision will be re-evaluated as the situation continues to develop.
